The natural world is the inspiration for this week’s shop, KitzieG, run by Laura. You’ll find magnets, mirrors, postcards, posters, prints and greetings cards with KitzieG’s distinctive, pretty botanical prints. Laura creates paper cuts of plants and flowers, and uses the shapes to great and colourful effect. Here’s a few of my favourite things.
Button magnets in pink, red and purple, perfect for getting organised.
Large greeting cards in blue, of cornflower, fritillary and rhodochiton vine.
and a hot pink pocket mirror with beautiful orchid.
You can read an interview with Laura here and find out more about her inspirations, and visit the shop here.
This is my first collection of items from Folksy, a website for British craftspeople, designers and makers. This week’s theme is the sea, because I’ve been travelling up and down the Hampshire and West Sussex coast this week. Hope you enjoy them.
